Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Screenshot to Calendar Chrome extension, web dashboard, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By installing the extension or creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our acceptable-use rules, including attempts to reverse-engineer, overload, or misuse the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights or contains malicious code.
• Do not attempt to scrape, resell, or misuse screenshots captured by the Service.
• Use the extension only on sites you are authorized to access and capture.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related trademarks, logos, and software are owned by Screenshot to Calendar. You retain ownership of any content you capture; by uploading it you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to deliver the Service back to you.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding three months.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access with notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends and we will delete your encrypted tokens within 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
