Screenshot to Calendar works on any email, not just Gmail or Teams. If Chrome can display it, our AI can extract the event and deliver it to Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, or any other calendar via ICS.

Step 1

Open the email or web portal

Whether it's Gmail, Outlook, or a travel portal, open the page in Chrome so the extension can capture it.

Step 2

Highlight the details

Drag the overlay around the section that contains the title, date/time, and location. Screenshot to Calendar only analyzes those pixels.

Step 3

Review and send

Edit attendees, timezone, or notes, then send the event to Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, or export ICS for Apple Calendar and CalDAV.

Follow-up questions

Does it work with forwarded or BCC emails?

Yes. As long as the content renders in Chrome, the extension can capture it even if the email was forwarded or the ICS attachment was missing.

What if the email has multiple time slots?

Capture each section separately so you can create multiple events. The history view makes it easy to duplicate fields.

Is the email stored?

Screenshots are processed in-memory and deleted immediately. Only structured metadata is encrypted for 30 days so you can resend or purge it sooner.
