Integration

ICS export

Generate .ics files for teams that prefer manual imports or offline workflows. No OAuth required—just capture, review, and export.

What it does

Content you can capture

Steps

Step 1

Capture the invite

Highlight the relevant section of the PDF, email, or webpage. We accept any screenshot the Chrome extension can capture.

Step 2

Review detections

Confirm the parsed title, attendees, timezone, and conferencing links. Make edits before generating the ICS file so downstream systems can ingest it cleanly.

Step 3

Download ICS

Click “Export ICS” to download a standards-compliant file. Import it into Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, or any CalDAV client.

Privacy & data handling

Screenshots are parsed in memory and deleted instantly. Structured metadata that powers ICS exports is encrypted at rest and retained for 30 days so you can regenerate files or delete them sooner.

FAQ

Do I need to connect a calendar to export ICS?

No. ICS export works offline after the screenshot is parsed. You can still connect Google or Microsoft accounts for direct sends if you prefer.

Is the ICS file standards-compliant?

Yes. We generate RFC 5545 compliant ICS files with UID, DTSTAMP, location, conference links, and reminders so popular calendars accept them.

Can I store the ICS file for later?

Absolutely. We keep the structured metadata for 30 days so you can regenerate the ICS file without re-uploading the screenshot.

Export ICS files instantly

Use Screenshot to Calendar for regulated workflows that still need fast captures.
