Integration
Convert Teams or Outlook screenshots into Microsoft 365 calendar events with secure OAuth, clear scopes, and zero screenshot storage.
Step 1
Sign in with your organization or personal Microsoft account. We request Calendars.ReadWrite so we can create and update events you approve.
Step 2
Screen capture the Teams chat, Outlook email, or PDF. The extension highlights text and passes only the pixels needed for parsing.
Step 3
Edit the parsed details, choose the Microsoft 365 calendar, and push the event or export an ICS file for another system like SharePoint.
Calendars.ReadWrite lets us create or update events you approve. We do not access mailboxes, Teams messages, or contacts.
All screenshots are processed in-memory and discarded immediately. Structured metadata stays encrypted for 30 days so you can audit or delete it sooner.
Microsoft Entra admins can pre-approve the app, restrict scopes, and revoke access at any time. Contact security@screentocal.com for documentation.
Review the security overview and privacy policy for procurement.
We retain structured metadata (title, attendees, date/time, location, notes) for 30 days by default. Screenshots are never stored and you can purge metadata sooner from your history.
We support commercial Microsoft 365 tenants today. Contact us if you need GCC or other sovereign clouds—we're collecting interest for a roadmap.
Yes. Team customers can enable role-based approvals so assistants submit drafts for review before sending to executive calendars.
30 days by default. You can delete entries from the History page at any time or ask support to shorten retention for your workspace.
Install the extension, authorize Microsoft 365, and keep screenshots out of storage while converting them into Outlook events.
