- Handwriting varies, so double-check the parsed time. You can edit anything before saving.
- Photos with glare
- Take the photo again with more contrast or crop tightly to the text for better accuracy.
- Multiple appointments on one page
- Capture each appointment separately; the history page makes it easy to duplicate fields.
FAQ
Does it work with camera photos from my phone?
Yes. AirDrop, email, or upload the image, then open it in Chrome to capture. No special format required.
Can I share the event with someone else?
Once the calendar event is created you can invite others like any normal Google or Microsoft event. Export ICS if they use Apple/CalDAV.
How private is the appointment info?
Images never hit disk. They're processed in memory and discarded instantly. Structured metadata is encrypted and retained 30 days by default so you can delete it whenever you like.
